Nastec VASCO Variable Speed Drive
A heavy-duty variable speed drive for bigger pumps and more complex mains-powered systems, from 1.1 kW right up to 132 kW. VASCO adds precise speed control, remote monitoring and predictive fault detection.

Remote monitoring built in
Bluetooth app control as standard, with optional onboard Wi-Fi or GSM for remote management and email alerts through the Nastec REMO portal. No separate telemetry box needed.
Predictive fault detection
VASCO watches how your system is running and flags likely problems before they cause downtime.
Keeps pumping
If motor temperature or current gets close to its limit, VASCO eases back the speed instead of shutting down, so water keeps flowing.
Multi-pump booster sets
Run up to 8 pumps in COMBO mode with shared running hours, or one variable speed pump plus 1 or 2 fixed speed pumps using PILOT controllers.
Ready to connect
RS485 with Modbus RTU and BACnet as standard, so VASCO can link into building management and SCADA systems.
Precise control for any pump
VASCO can hold a constant pressure (with a second set-point for irrigation zones), a constant flow, a constant temperature or two fixed speeds. It can also follow an external 4 to 20 mA or 0 to 10 V signal.
It drives three-phase and single-phase induction motors, plus permanent magnet motors like the Nastec SUMMAG, with automatic motor tuning. Every alarm and warning is logged, and three access levels keep settings safe from accidental changes.

Supply tolerance ±15%. Mounts on the motor (sizes 1 and 2) or on the wall with a cooling kit. The right model depends on your motor's rated current, so check with us before ordering.
