Nastec NERA Solar Bore Pump
A compact 4" solar bore pump that runs straight off your solar panels. Simple to install, low on maintenance and a cost-effective way to get water to your stock, garden or house without mains power.
Why choose the NERA
Runs direct from solar
Connects straight to your solar panels (26 to 190 VDC) with no separate controller box needed. Up to 800 W.
Built-in MPPT inverter
The sealed inverter constantly tracks the best power point of your panels, so you get the most water possible in all weather.
Two pump styles
Choose a helical rotor model for high head at low speed, or a centrifugal model for higher flow at lower heads.
Fewer panels needed
The efficient helical rotor design means you can often get the job done with fewer solar panels.
Protected from damage
Built-in protection against overload, overheating and running dry, plus a water level sensor.
Stainless steel build
AISI 304 stainless steel pump and motor, IP68 rated for submersion down to 150 m.
NERA Stop Module
Add the Stop Module for easy panel connection and control. It includes MC4 connectors for your solar panels, a start/stop button, an input for a float or pressure switch so the pump stops when your tank is full, and built-in surge protection.
How a NERA system fits together
Solar panels power the pump directly, and water is pumped from your bore, dam or river up to a storage tank. A float switch stops the pump when the tank is full. We can supply and advise on the full system.
